The Himalayas usually demand a full day of hairpin bends. Basecamp doesn't. Moksha was chosen deliberately — the rare mountain address that fellows from every corner of India can reach without the mountain commute.

By Air · Chandigarh Airport ~1 hr

Fly into Chandigarh (IXC) — direct flights from most major metros — then a quick 35 km highway drive to the Timber Trail base. Landing to lobby in about an hour, wherever in India you start from.

By Road · From Delhi NCR 5–6 hrs

A smooth expressway run via Ambala and Zirakpur, straight to Parwanoo on the highway. Fellows from Delhi often convoy up together — the drive is part of the experience.

Park at the Timber Trail base, step into the cable car, and float over pine valleys to the resort. No winding ghat roads, no travel fatigue — you arrive fresh, at 5,000 ft.

Basecamp is curated end-to-end by the D2CX community team — from the venue walk-throughs to the last bonfire playlist. It exists for one reason: to bring the whole community together, once a year, away from everything else.

Frequently asked questions.

i What are the check-in & check-out timings? +

Check-in from 2 PM on Saturday, 3rd October; check-out by 11 AM on Monday, 5th October. The cable car to the resort boards at the Timber Trail base between 9 AM and 6 PM — plan your arrival accordingly. Many fellows drive up together; ask in the cohort group.

ii What's included in the price? +

Your 2-night / 3-day suite stay on twin sharing, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner & high tea), every session and experience, and the cultural evenings with the D2CX DJ & band. Travel to and from Parwanoo, and any additional beverages or personal spa bookings, are on you.

iii Who can attend Basecamp 2.0? +

Basecamp is invite-only and exclusively for D2CX Fellows. That shared context is what makes the room work — every conversation starts three steps ahead.

iv Can I bring a partner, friend or colleague? +

Unfortunately, no. Basecamp is built as a close-knit community experience for Fellows, and non-fellows would lack the context that makes these three days special.

v How do I reach Moksha? +

Easier than any Himalayan address has a right to be. Fly into Chandigarh (IXC) — direct flights from most major metros — and you're at the Timber Trail base in about an hour. From Delhi NCR, it's a smooth 5–6 hour expressway drive via Ambala and Zirakpur. Park at the base; the 8-minute cable car takes you the rest of the way up.

vi What's the refund policy? +

As this is a group booking negotiated for the community, we're unable to offer refunds or seat transfers once your spot is confirmed.

vii What should I pack? +

Layers — October evenings at 5,000 ft turn pleasantly cool. Add comfortable shoes for nature walks, swimwear for the infinity pool, and one outfit you'd wear to a mountain-top celebration.
